GENERAL

1.1.  1.1. The data controller https://indrutefit.lt/, operating under individual activity, individual activity certificate number 1082938, protects and respects your privacy. We make every effort to ensure that our personal data processing complies with the 2016 April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

1.2.  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand the purposes for which we collect your data, as well as how we will use it.

COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1.  The collection, processing and storage of the buyer’s personal data is determined by this privacy policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

2.2.  By specifying your personal data in the electronic store, you agree that the Data Controller will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedure provided for in this privacy policy and legal acts.

2.3.  The data controller is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing:

2.3.1.  Personal data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes.

2.3.2.  Personal data is handled accurately and fairly.

2.3.3.  Personal data is constantly updated.

2.3.4.  Personal data is stored for no longer than the established purposes of data processing require.

2.3.5.  Personal data is processed only by those employees who have been granted such a right.

2.3.6.  All information about processed personal data is confidential.

2.4.  The buyer agrees that the personal data that he voluntarily provides to the operator of the online platform will be processed based on the following rules:

2.4.1.  The buyer has the right to get acquainted with his personal data, he has the right to know what personal data we have collected, he has the right to know to which data recipients his personal data is provided and has been provided in the last 1 year, he has the right to demand the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data data, has the right to request the deletion of collected personal data and has the right to ask to stop processing collected personal data, all of which can be done by writing an email to Indrutefit@gmail.com.

If the manager sees a threat to personal data, he has the right to request confirmation of a document confirming the identity of the person, allowing to properly identify the Buyer.

Upon receipt of the Buyer’s request/request, it will be answered no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request and submission of all documents necessary for the response. In this case, the manager must immediately implement the Buyer’s request (within 1-2 days) and delete or reliably depersonalize the Buyer’s data.

2.5.  The Data Controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of every Buyer who uses and buys a product/service in the online store https://indrutefit.lt/. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (name or surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified at the time of ordering on the online platform) for the processing of orders for goods or services or the fulfillment of other assumed contractual obligations.

2.6.  In the online store, it is possible to express your consent regarding the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (for persons aged 14 and over). The Buyer does this by ticking (I agree to the use of his personal data for direct marketing purposes). From the moment consent is given, the Seller sends newsletters to the e-mail address specified by the customer. By mail. In the electronic store https://indrutefit.lt/ there are options to opt out of the newsletter (at the beginning of the newsletter there is an option: “unsubscribe” – after clicking on the “unsubscribe” option, the customer will no longer receive the newsletter).

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

3.1.  The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, with the exception of the Data Controller’s partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

REGISTRATION SUBMISSION RULES

4.1.  The buyer must provide complete, complete and correct information about himself in the registration form. If the Buyer has provided inaccurate, false or misleading data in the registration form, the Data Controller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data or limit the Buyer’s ability to use the online platform.

4.2.  The buyer has the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form at any time.

CHANGE OF RULES

5.1.  The data controller has the right to partially or completely change the Rules by notifying about it in the https://indrutefit.lt/ electronic store.

5.2.  Additions or changes to the rules take effect from the date of their publication, i.e. i.e. from the day they appear in the online store https://indrutefit.lt/

5.3.  If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, he has the right to refuse it in writing.

5.4.  If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online platform after the addition or change of the Rules, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new version of the Rules.

PROVISION AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION

6.1.  All notifications related to the processing of personal data are submitted to the Data Controller by email – Indrutefit@gmail.com

6.2.  The Data Controller shall provide the response in the same form in which the notification or claim was received.

6.3.  You can also file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate. However, we recommend that you contact us before making a formal complaint in order to find a suitable solution to your problem.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

7.1.  We may periodically change this Privacy Policy so that it properly reflects how we process your personal data.

7.2.  When we make significant changes, we will notify you in the online store or by other appropriate means of communication, such as email, so that you can review these changes before continuing to use our online platform.

7.1.  We inform you that in order to be able to offer the Buyer full-fledged services on our platform, we save information (cookies) on the Buyer’s computer (device). The Data Controller uses the recorded information to identify the Buyer as a previous user of the platform, by collecting platform attendance statistics. At any time, the buyer can review what information (cookies) the Data Controller records, and can delete part or all of the recorded cookies. Also, the Buyer has the right not to consent to the recording and use of information (cookies) on the Buyer’s computer (device), but in this case some functions of the platform may be unavailable to the Buyer. By using the online platform, the Buyer agrees to save information on the Buyer’s computer (device). The Buyer can withdraw his consent at any time by changing his internet browser settings or by contacting any of the contacts published on the Data Controller’s platform.
